Strategic Adviser to Management

About The Role

• We are looking for a sharp, analytical strategist to be Managements eyes, ears and problem-solver across the business.
• Reporting to the General Manager, you'll track and drive the company's key strategic initiatives, work with department heads and team leads to keep projects on time, on budget and on target, and give Executive Management the insights they need to make decisions.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:

• Help leadership develop and execute the company's strategic plan
• Track progress against high-level goals and KPIs, and report to Executive Management
• Prepare board meeting materials and analytical reports on strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market
• Work with the CFO and Finance team on financial modeling and build decision-making models
• Analyze data and recommend improvements to processes, procedures and systems
• Take part in recruiting for key positions

Requirements
What were looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting,Finance or Business Administration
• 3+ years in strategic or management consulting is an added advantage
• PMP, Six Sigma or CFA certifications are a plus
• Strong background in finance, business development and analysis
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with KPI tracking and project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a financial services institution or related field is an advantage
