Job Summary
- A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of store officer.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Issue stock and materials to authorized personnel.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor stock movement and reort discrepancies or shortages.
- Maintain a clean, oragnised and safe store environment.
- Prepare stock and inventory reports as require.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field with 1 - 3 years experience in storekeeping, inventory managemen, or a similar role.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical,and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
