Job Summary

1. The Content Creator & Social Media Manager is responsible for producing high-quality digital content, managing social media platforms, and driving audience growth.
2. This role focuses on daily content execution, platform optimization, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Job Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution:

1. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
2. Create BTS documentation of set builds, foam work, scenic painting, prop fabrication, studio shoots, and client projects.
3. Produce educational, entertaining, and brand-aligned content series.

Social Media Management:

1. Implement growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
2. Manage posting schedules, hashtags, trends, and algorithm optimization.
3. Respond to comments, manage DMs, and build an active community.
4. Track analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Digital Marketing Support:

1. Create promotional content for studio rental packages, props catalog, and creative services.
2. Collaborate with Brand Manager on campaigns and marketing initiatives.
3. Assist in creating reels, shorts, thumbnails, and social media graphics.

Creative Documentation:

1. Capture film/photo projects for digital portfolio and online showcases.
2. Maintain organized content libraries and digital archives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. TikTok: 10-20% monthly follower growth.
2. Instagram: 15-30% monthly follower growth.
3. YouTube: consistent monthly video output + subscriber growth.
4. Engagement rate: 18-32% minimum.
5. Content output:
   • TikTok: 12-20 videos/month
   • Instagram: 12-16 posts/reels/month.

Job Qualifications

• 3years in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of film production, photography, studio operations, and creative industries.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work fast, adapt to trends, and produce high-volume content.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
