Role Summary

• We are seeking a Shop Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth service, proper stock handling, and a positive customer experience.
• The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, customer-focused, and able to take ownership of day-to-day shop activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the shop floor and ensure the shop is ready for business each morning.
• Attend to customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
• Receive and coordinate incoming stock and ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate customer orders and dispatch through courier services.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the shop floor remains organized and operates efficiently.
• Resolve or escalate customer and operational issues when necessary.
• Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the shop floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, store operations, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and record.
