Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Shop Floor Assistant for our Ipaja branch.
- The ideal candidate will support daily store operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers promptly and provide product information and guidance
- Assist customers in locating products within the store
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled
- Support restocking and proper display of goods
- Maintain accurate pricing and tagging of items
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic complaints
- Work with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe at all times
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/OND ND in any related field
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long hours and assist with light lifting
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
