Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Senior Technical Consultant — a highly experienced software engineering professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English C1+ with confident spoken communication for U.S. based client interviews and technical discussions.
- 9+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering, with strong hands on experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Proven experience working professionally with at least 2 to 3 backend programming languages or frameworks, including Java/Spring, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or comparable backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API development, databases, system design, integrations, and scalable application development.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and demonstrate strong understanding of the technologies they have worked with.
- Experience working across different technology stacks, development environments, and software architectures.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, containers, version control, and deployment processes is an advantage.
- Proven ability to participate confidently in technical interviews, client discussions, solution reviews, or engineering assessments.
- Strong real world delivery experience, with the ability to understand technical requirements, solve complex backend problems, and connect engineering decisions to business needs.
