Job Summary

1. Our Client is A Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Company engaged in the production and sales of cereal products.
2. The right candidate must possess a minimum of OND, BSc or HND in any relevant field and must have acquired reasonable experience of not less than 3 years in the sale of FCMG products Our client seeks to engage an exceptional professional for the following position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs for salesmen.
2. Drive collaboration between the company and stakeholders/partners.
3. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Customers.
4. Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
5. Define product features and roadmap based on research insights.
6. Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
7. Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
8. Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
9. Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancement and optimizations.
10. Oversee day-to-day business operations.
11. Assist salesmen to determine sales route
12. Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
13. Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
14. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
15. Present weekly progress reports to partners.
16. Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
