Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Location: Durumi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — remote with 1 compulsory physical marketing day per week

Job Role

• We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage existing leads, nurture customers and consistently convert leads into sales.

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up with warm and cold leads via calls and messages.
2. Nurture leads and follow up with previous customers.
3. Communicate new products, bundles, promotions and offers.
4. Close sales and follow through to payment/order confirmation.
5. Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
6. Meet daily sales targets.
7. Provide feedback on customer needs and objections.
8. Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns.
9. Appear in content created to support sales.
10. Participate in one physical marketing day per week across Abuja.

Job Qualifications

1. Strong communication and sales skills.
2. Persistent and confident with follow-ups.
3. Comfortable using a CRM.
4. Organised and target-driven.
5. Proactive and able to work independently.
6. Previous fashion/retail sales experience is an advantage.
7. Strong sense of ownership — we want someone who doesn’t need to be chased.

Salary
N100,000 per month + commission based on target achievement.
