Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• We’re looking to expand our sales team with results-driven sales representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at our Ajah Lagos Island Branch.

Job Responsibilities

1. Present, promote and sell the company’s products/services using solid sales pitch to existing and prospective customers
2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4. Reach out to customer leads through calls, E-channels, social media and visits
5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Analyze market potential, track sales and write status reports within catchment areas
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
10. Awareness of best practices and promotional trends
11. Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Qualifications

1. Experience in sales and an understanding of the sales process and dynamics would be an added advantage
2. Honesty and  Integrity
3. The ability to drive and possession of a current drivers license would be an added advantage.
