Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Summary

1. Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to join their retail team.
2. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, persuasive, and passionate about sales, with the ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.
2. Drive sales and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
3. Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
4. Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised store environment.
5. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and transactions professionally.
6. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
7. Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE; an OND or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Good numerical skills and basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Honest, presentable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
