Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Promoter to promote the company’s building materials and construction products, attract new customers, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s building materials and construction products to prospective customers.
• Identify and generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities among contractors, builders, construction companies, and retailers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales activity reports.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in building materials, construction, hardware, or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and conduct field sales activities.
