Soueast is an international automotive brand founded in China in 1995as a joint venture between China Motor Corporation, Fujian Motor Industry Group and Mitsubishi Motors before it was acquired fully by Chery Group in March 2024.Chery Group focused toward building modern, feature rich, internationally focused SUVs closely related to Jetour manufacturing and design standards.

Kewalram Chanrai Group started its distribution towards end of 2025 with investments in local assembly, wide service network and Spare Parts warehouse in Nigeria. Encouraged by the initial response from buyers, Soueast Nigeria team is looking for competent Sales professionals for its aggressive expansion and is offering unique learning opportunity with financial growth.

Job Position: Senior Sales Manager

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
3. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
5. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience (10+ years) preferably in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in respective markets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Good understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership operations.
