Sales & Distribution Executive - BusyBreakfast, Abuja

Busybreakfast is a growing Nigerian breakfast FMCG brand creating convenient, delicious breakfast solutions for busy families.

We are looking for a hungry, energetic and commercially minded Sales & Distribution Executive  to help us expand our presence across retail outlets, supermarkets, distributors and other relevant sales channels. The ideal candidate will visit retail outlets daily, place orders, build strong customer relationships, and ensure product availability in stores. This is a field sales role.

You will spend significant time in the market identifying outlets, opening new accounts, taking orders, following up on reorders and making sure our product is available and visible where customers shop.

We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be chased to sell.

Your job is to make Busybreakfast move.

What We're Looking For

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of FMCG, retail, field sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience selling to supermarkets, neighbourhood stores, wholesalers or distributors is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Abuja.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage assigned routes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable approaching new businesses and asking for the sale.
• Target-driven, honest and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Most importantly: we want someone who is commercially hungry.

We would rather have someone with strong field-sales instincts and the determination to win than someone with an impressive CV who doesn't like being in the market.

Salary:
₦120,000 base + ₦30,000 transport allowance + 5% commission on all paid sales. No cap on commission earnings.
