• Farmacy Foods & Fruits seeks an organised, commercially minded professional to run our flagship retail outlet and grow a community of customers who value fresh food, convenience and reliable service.
• This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, customer relationships and sales, with room to grow as the business expands.

What you will own

• Run the store: opening readiness, product displays, staff coordination, hygiene and customer service.
• Manage stock, freshness, storage, supplier coordination and replenishment while reducing spoilage and waste.
• Track sales, expenses, stock movements and daily cash/POS reconciliation.
• Create social media content, product offers and promotions that generate orders.
• Build and manage WhatsApp subscriber communities, product announcements, pre-orders and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, packaging, delivery partners and customer follow-up.
• Organise activations, village market fairs and sales exhibitions, measuring sales and customer acquisition.
• Use simple digital systems and AI tools to improve content, recordkeeping and customer communication.

Who will thrive

• Someone with 2–4 years of relevant experience in food retail, grocery, hospitality, e-commerce or a related business. You should be comfortable selling, handling perishable products, using spreadsheets and managing WhatsApp Business and social media.
• We want initiative, commercial discipline and practical problem-solving, supported by evidence of work delivered.
