Job Summary
- We are seeking a discreet, polished, and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence, supervise domestic staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality, property presentation, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise household staff, including cooks, housekeepers, and drivers.
- Coordinate formal dining, silver service, guest accommodation, and VIP hospitality.
- Conduct property inspections, manage inventories, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and procurement of provisions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in luxury private residences, boutique hotels, or serviced residences.
- Recognized household management, domestic staffing, or silver-service training certification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and digital inventory management skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
