Job Summary
- The Receptionist is the first face our guests see. Your main job is to welcome guests, handle their bookings, and make sure their stay starts and ends smoothly.
- You will keep the front desk organized and answer any questions guests have during your 24-hour shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of their rooms quickly and politely.
- Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and handle room reservations at all hours.
- Receive payments and give accurate change and receipts.
- Answer guest questions about the hotel, local area, and available services.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
- Pass on guest complaints or special requests to the right department.
- Hand over a clear report to the next receptionist at the end of your shift.
Job Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1-4 years experience.
- Friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills to manage bookings and emails.
- Physical and mental stamina to manage 24-hour shifts effectively.
- Honest, organized, and good at managing time.
- Previous experience working in a hotel or customer service role is a plus.
- Must live in or be able to easily commute to Abule Egba.
Salary
N50,000 – N90,000 monthly.
