Job Summary

• We are seeking a Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes and finished products meet required quality, food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct physicochemical and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
2. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
3. Perform sensory evaluation, routine inspections and in-process quality checks.
4. Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Maintain quality documentation, records, equipment calibration and reagent standardization.
6. Train factory staff on quality, food safety and hygiene practices and recommend process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Quality Control, preferably within the FMCG/food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience in laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively with production teams.

Salary
N200,000 – N220,000 monthly.
