Job Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced Production Managerto oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food production and production schedules.
- Supervise production staff and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, waste, and production costs.
- Monitor production processes to ensure targets and standards are consistently achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experiencein Food/FMCG Manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food production, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage inventory and control production costs.
- Must be organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
Remuneration
- Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
- Accommodation Provided.
