Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with strong technology leadership experience who can also double as a CTO.
- The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with hands-on technical leadership, managing our tech team while driving innovation in healthcare technology. Experience in Fintech or a high-growth technology company is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with healthcare transformation.
- Lead and mentor the tech team (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps).
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, iteration.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology architecture.
- Conduct market research and integrate customer insights into product decisions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and track adoption, usage, and revenue.
- Report on KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, system uptime, customer satisfaction).
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5–7 years’ experience in product management, with at least 2 years leading tech teams.
- Proven background in Fintech or technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
