Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Inspect pipes, fittings, taps, valves, sanitary fittings, and related equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot leakages, blockages, faulty pipes, and other plumbing issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce plumbing failures and service interruptions.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve plumbing faults within agreed timelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential plumbing issues.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain proper records of completed jobs, repairs, materials used, and outstanding issues.
- Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Liaise with the Facilities/Operations team and report major faults requiring external intervention.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment after completing maintenance activities.
