National Key Account & E-commerce Manager

Description

• To drive sustainable and profitable growth by developing and executing National Key Accounts and E-Commerce strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring excellent commercial execution across modern trade and digital channels.
• The role is responsible for maximizing sales, profitability, market share, and customer value through effective account management, joint business planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities
National Key Accounts Strategy:

• Develop and execute National Key Accounts strategies in line with business and channel objectives to deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth.

Customer Management & Joint Business Planning:

• Lead customer negotiations and Joint Business Planning processes to achieve agreed sales, distribution, profitability, and market share targets.

E-Commerce Development:

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to accelerate online sales growth, enhance digital visibility, and strengthen customer partnerships.

Commercial Performance Management:

• Monitor and evaluate customer performance, ensuring effective management of sales, investments, promotions, assortment, pricing, and profitability.

Trade and Promotional Excellence:

• Manage trade investment and promotional activities, ensuring effective execution and return on investment across key accounts and e-commerce channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure effective planning, forecasting, and execution of customer and channel plans.

Market & Customer Insights:

• Analyze market, shopper, customer, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend appropriate commercial actions.

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial governance standards, and regulatory requirements in all customer engagements.
