Job Summary

1. We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Marketing Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting the company’s financial products and services, generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.
2. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are motivated by achieving targets and earning additional income through commission on successful sales and business generated.

Job Responsibilities

1. Promote and market the company’s financial products and services to prospective and existing customers.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
3. Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
4. Explain the company’s products and services clearly to prospective clients.
5. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
6. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
7. Meet or exceed assigned sales and marketing targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
9. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and promotional activities.
10. Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
11. Work closely with other members of the team to achieve company objectives.
12. Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum of an OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships with customers.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
8. Must be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
