Job Position: Head of Marketing (Construction & Travel)

Job Location: Magodo / Ikeja –Lagos
Reports to: Managing Director / CEO

Job Role

1. We are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing for our two business arms, Construction (real estate, building projects) and Travel (tours, ticketing, visa).
2. You will build the brand, bring clients, and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and execute yearly marketing strategy for both construction and travel.
2. Separate brand identity but one marketing team.
3. Budget planning and allocation.

Construction Marketing:

1. Market houses, lands, building projects, construction services.
2. Create site visit campaigns, open house, Instagram reels of projects.
3. Manage signage, billboards, brochures.
4. Generate leads for sales team – investors, home buyers, developers.

Travel Marketing:

1. Promote local & international tour packages, flight tickets, visa processing, honeymoon deals.
2. Run seasonal campaigns – Detty December, Summer travel, Hajj / Umrah, Dubai etc.
3. Partner with airlines, hotels for promos.

Digital & Content:

1. Lead social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), website, SEO.
2. Content calendar – before/after projects, travel vlogs, client testimonials.
3. Run paid ads – Google Ads, Meta Ads, with ROI tracking.
4. Email marketing & WhatsApp broadcast.

Leadership:

1. Manage marketing officers, graphic designer, social media manager.
2. Work with sales team to convert leads.
3. Track KPIs weekly – leads, conversion, engagement, sales.

KPIs

1. Number of qualified leads per month.
2. Cost per lead, conversion rate.
3. Social media growth & engagement.
4. Sales from marketing campaigns.

Job Qualifications

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Business or related.
• 5-7 years marketing experience, at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience in real estate / construction or travel / tourism is a must.
• Strong in digital marketing, content, and lead generation.
• Good communication, Lagos market knowledge.
• Can use Canva, Meta Business, Google Analytics.

Salary
Competitive + commission on closed deals.
