Job Summary

1. We are seeking proactive, confident, and results-driven Marketing & Conversion Officers to drive client acquisition, build strategic school partnerships, generate qualified leads, and convert enquiries into paying clients.
2. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting BES services, developing relationships with schools and prospective clients, coordinating outreach activities, and supporting the company’s student recruitment and business growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. School Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, counsellors, parents, and prospective clients.
2. Marketing & Outreach: Organise school visits, presentations, outreach events, and student recruitment activities.
3. Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, school partnerships, and other promotional activities.
4. Client Engagement: Follow up on enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
5. Sales & Conversion: Guide prospective clients through BES services and convert enquiries into paying clients.
6. Student Recruitment: Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad.
7. Admissions & Visa Support: Collaborate with admissions and visa teams to support applications, documentation, and enrolment processes.
8. Digital Marketing: Manage social media content and support Meta Ads and other marketing campaigns.
9. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
10. Performance Reporting: Monitor sales targets, lead conversion rates, outreach performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Qualifications

1. A Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
2. Experience in the education, study-abroad, student recruitment, or educational consultancy industry.
3. Existing relationships with schools, educational counsellors, or relevant institutions.
4. Experience working with sales targets, conversion metrics, and performance-based KPIs.
5. Familiarity with Meta Ads, social media management, and digital lead-generation strategies.

Essential Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client conversion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets.
• Confidence in engaging schools, parents, students, and other prospective clients.
• Practical experience with social media marketing, digital campaigns, and lead tracking.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and other tools for client communication and record management.
• Willingness to participate in school visits, outreach events, and in-person client meetings.
