Managing Director

Job Summary

• As the Managing Director, you will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, oversee operations, and strengthen relationships with major oil and gas companies, with a focus on underwater engineering and oil and gas infrastructure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the company’s overall operations, financial performance, and long-term business objectives.
• Drive  business development, secure new contracts, and strengthen relationships with major oil and gas companies, including international oil companies IOCs.
• Oversee the execution of underwater engineering, subsea maintenance, and oil and gas infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage key client relationships, contract negotiations, commercial activities, and stakeholder engagement to maximise business opportunities.
• Lead business planning, financial management, operational efficiency, and organisational development to sustain profitability and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA and relevant professional certifications are required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, including senior leadership, business management, or contracting roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with major oil and gas companies, with a strong understanding of their contracting, procurement, and vendor management processes.
• Strong knowledge of underwater engineering, subsea operations, oil and gas infrastructure maintenance, or related technical services.
• Proven leadership, commercial negotiation, strategic planning, and business development skills, with a track record of securing contracts and driving business growth.
