Job Description
- Floors:Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to remove dirt, debris, and spills.
- Surfaces:Sanitize counters, tables, food prep areas, and equipment. This includes dusting and polishing surfaces, windowsills, and metal fixtures.
- Restrooms:Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors, and restock supplies like soap and paper towels.
- Waste removal:Empty all trash and recycling bins and transport the waste to the designated disposal area.
- Restocking:Refill and restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments in both the dining area and kitchen.
- Deep cleaning:Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as washing down walls, cleaning vents, and deep cleaning equipment, which is often done on a weekly or monthly basis.
