Responsibility
- Deliver consistent drinks and cold items, and support the kitchen at peak.
Duties
- Prepare smoothies, shakes and parfait to recipe; pre-portion fruit and dairy; keep the drinks station and cold storage clean; record usage and wastage; support the hot line during peak hours.
