Journey Analyst

Job Summary

• The Journey Analyst at TruckSoft Logistics monitors, coordinates, and analyzes truck journeys to ensure safe, timely, compliant, and efficient deliveries, providing real-time support to drivers and delivery teams while identifying and resolving operational issues.
• The role analyzes journey and operational data to identify trends, improve route and fleet efficiency, reduce delays and costs, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across TruckSoft’s logistics and haulage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor real-time truck movements using telematics and journey management systems to ensure timely execution.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve operational exceptions, delays, and escalations promptly.
• Collect, analyze, and report on journey metrics and KPIs to improve fleet efficiency and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, fleet operations, journey management, transport coordination, or operations role.
• Practical experience using GPS/fleet tracking and journey management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records.
• Ability to use Excel, AI tools, and analytical tools would be of great advantage.
