KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations.
- Monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Coordinate and document stock transfers between locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates in the ERP/inventory system.
- Identify and report stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Support periodic stock-taking and inventory audits.
- Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Retail, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience*in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
- Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or multi-location experience is an advantage.
