ICT Officer

Med-In Pharmaceutical Limited, a producer, manufacturer and seller of intravenous infusion, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: ICT Officer

Job Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, network equipment, and other ICT devices.
2. Provide timely technical support to employees and manage service requests and incidents.
3. Maintain the company’s LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, telephone, and access-control systems.
4. Administer user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access rights in line with approved procedures.
5. Support business applications, databases, and manufacturing-related systems, coordinating with vendors and system owners as needed.
6. Help maintain the availability and security of systems used in production, quality control, warehousing, and regulatory documentation.
7. Perform and monitor data backups; assist with disaster-recovery and business-continuity testing.
8. Apply approved software updates, antivirus protection, security patches, and other safeguards.
9. Maintain accurate records of ICT assets, licenses, configurations, incidents, changes, and maintenance activities.Support validation or qualification activities for computerized systems where required, including documentation and change control.
10. Protect electronic records and support data-integrity practices, including appropriate access controls, audit trails, and secure retention.
11. Train staff on approved systems, cybersecurity awareness, and safe use of ICT resources.
12. Liaise with suppliers and service providers, monitor service quality, and escalate unresolved issues.
13. Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and data-protection regulations.
14. Participate in internal and external audits by providing relevant ICT records and technical support.
