What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership to align HR with business goals and drive workforce planning
- Lead recruitment, onboarding & continuous learning to build a future-ready team
- Champion employee engagement, conflict resolution & performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety & employee wellness
- Design competitive compensation & benefits to attract and retain top talent
- Guide performance appraisals & improvement plans to develop high-performing teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business Admin, Communications, or related
- 5+ years’ proven HR management experience
- Knowledge of statutory payments, labor laws & union relations
- Leadership skills that inspire and drive results
- Professional certifications is a plus.
