Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Monitor HSE performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments to promote workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
- Prepare HSE reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in HSE or a related field.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
