Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, organized and people-oriented HR Officer to manage employee relations and support the smooth running of our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff records
2. Monitor attendance, punctuality and staff performance
3. Handle employee relations and workplace concerns
4. Implement company policies and HR procedures
5. Coordinate staff training and development
6. Support payroll and leave administration
7. Conduct performance reviews and maintain HR documentation

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years’ HR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
