Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Manage hotel recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration to support an effective and service-focused workforce.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
2. Maintain confidential personnel records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
3. Support performance reviews, staff development and departmental training plans.
4. Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
5. Advise managers on HR policies and support compliance with applicable employment requirements.
6. Monitor staffing needs, employee welfare and HR reports for management.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities; hospitality experience is preferred.
3. CIPM or another relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
4. Strong employee relations, recruitment, recordkeeping and communication skills.
5. Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage sensitive information.
