Job Position: HR Lead

Job Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Onsite presence required at least 3 – 4 days weekly

Job Summary

1. We are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on HR Lead to manage its people function and support the business as it continues to grow.
2. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage the full employee lifecycle, strengthen HR processes, support managers, drive employee engagement and culture, and ensure smooth day-to-day people operations.

Job Qualifications

1. Solid generalist HR experience with the ability to independently manage the HR function
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations and HR operations
3. Good understanding of Nigerian labour practices
4. Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
5. Practical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience in the media, creative or entertainment industry would be an advantage

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly
