About the role
Metro Apartments is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Housekeeping Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to supervise housekeeping operations, manage a team, and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience
Proven experience in a Housekeeping Supervisory role, preferably within a hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and health and safety standards.
- High level of integrity, reliability, professionalism, and personal accountability.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
