Responsibilities
- Welcome and engagement of everyone who walks in.
- Make each visitor feel noticed, and turn first-timers into returning customers.
- Greet and guide guests; recommend menu items and upsell; share daily counts total engaged, new, returning; collect daily feedback; pass issues to the Food Operations Manager.
