Role Overview
- We’re looking for an Head of Operation to lead and oversee the agency's day-to-day operations and coordinate the planning and execution projects.
- You’ll work closely with management, creatives, talent, and clients to ensure projects move smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the agency's day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
- Create and maintain workflows, processes, and operational systems.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
- Coordinate weekly team meetings, check-ins and project reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation of agency processes and projects.
- Support management with planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong project and operational management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong people management abilities, attention to details, and ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, problem-solving and decision making.
- Proficiency with Project tools such as Google workspace, Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar platform.
- Previous experience in an agency, production company, talent management, fashion, media or creative environment is an advantage.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in talent, creative, media, fashion, or management agencies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Google sheets.
- Strong knowledge of content production and creative workflows, understanding of production and shoot requirements.
- Strong knowledge of google workspace.
Work Structure:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
- Hybrid: Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos
- Occasional weekends may be required for campaign launches or urgent communications.
