Head of Finance

• We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to manage all financial operations and activities of the company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Provide strategic guidance on risk management and investment opportunities
• Manage capital structure and funding strategies
• Collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Drive financial performance, profitability and sustainability Oversee financial reporting and risk management
• Lead the finance team and drive overall financial performance

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
• ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is required
• Minimum 8 years' experience in senior financial management, preferably within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, IFRS, FRCN
• Experience in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modelling and scenario planning
• Strong ability to use digital finance tools and data analytics for decision-making and reporting
• Candidates residing around Ikorodu, Ketu or Mile 12 are preferred
