Hair Stylist (Spa)

Responsibilities

• Client Consultations: Greet clients, listen to their goals, and recommend hairstyles or cuts that match their face shape and hair type.
• Hair Treatments & Washing: Shampoo, condition, and apply specialized hair or scalp treatments such as hydrating masks, keratin smoothing, or deep conditioning.
• Cutting & Styling: Perform trims, layered cuts, shaves, blowouts, updos, braids, and thermal styling using hot irons, curlers, or clippers.
• Coloring Services: Apply root touch-ups, full color, highlights, balayage, ombre, or bleaching techniques.
• Sales & Up-Selling: Recommend and sell professional hair care products, styling tools, or follow-up maintenance services.
• Salon Maintenance: Sanitize tools, sterilize equipment, keep work stations tidy, and manage appointment bookings.
