Responsibilities / Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE.
- Grill meats, fish, Turkey, e.t.c.
- Marinate and season meats properly to maintain taste and quality.
- Operate and maintain grill, oven, and barbecue equipment safely.
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness in the grilling area.
