Job Summary

1. We are seeking smart, proactive, and motivated graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme.
2. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience across various business operations while preparing candidates for long-term career growth within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in training and development programmes.
2. Support daily business and operational activities.
3. Assist with documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
4. Work closely with different departments to gain practical experience.
5. Carry out assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
6. Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Contribute ideas and support process improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must reside within or around Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby locations.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
