Job Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) – Accelerator Program
Job Location: Sabon-Lugbe, Airport Road – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and support software, embedded systems, and industrial IoT solutions.
2. Build and configure battery storage systems, BMS, inverters, and power systems.
3. Work on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and instrumentation systems within the energy/oil & gas environment.
4. Use CAD tools for mechanical design, prototyping, and fabrication-ready drawings.
5. Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field deployments.
6. Apply QA/QC and safety standards across engineering projects.
7. Collaborate across software, electrical, mechanical, and energy engineering projects.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng, B.Sc., or B.Tech) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
2. Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) preferred; exceptional 2:2 candidates with strong technical portfolios may be considered.
3. Completed NYSC with a discharge certificate or exemption letter.
4. Maximum age: 28 years.
5. Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
6. Willingness to work hands-on with hardware, manufacturing equipment, field systems, and software development.
7. Demonstrable technical projects, engineering projects, coding experience, or relevant practical experience will be an advantage.

Benefits

1. Monthly stipend of ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
2. Successful trainees may progress into Lead Engineer or Technical Project Lead roles.
3. Successful candidates will be required to sign a Training Bond Agreement with an 18–24 month service commitment.
4. IP Assignment and NDA agreements are required before onboarding.
