Job Summary

1. The Front of House Staff is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professional environment.
2. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome and greet guests warmly.
2. Provide menus, explain specials, and guide guests to their seats.
3. Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
4. Take and process accurate food and drink orders.
5. Serve meals and beverages according to standards.
6. Manage reservations, seating plans, and waiting lists.
7. Maintain cleanliness in the dining and lobby areas.
8. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
9. Handle cash and process payments accurately.
10. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation rules.

Job Qualifications

1. Minimum of an SSCE / OND / BSC qualification.
2. Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
5. Neat appearance and professional conduct.
6. Basic math and POS operation skills.
7. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
