Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fiber-optic installation and maintenance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of fiber splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use OTDR, optical power meter, and other fiber-testing tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to network faults when required.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to customer/network locations when necessary.
