Factory Production Supervisor

Summary

• Odixcity Consulting is urgently seeking a competent, organised, and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, maintain accurate records, and support customer-related sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely output.
• Coordinate production processes and track progress against set targets.
• Follow up with customers on sales-related activities, orders, and enquiries.
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure smooth production and customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in the role applied for.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to monitor production activities and ensure accountability.
• Good communication, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suites and record management.
