Requirements:
- Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent in Estate Management, Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong facility maintenance experience, vendor negotiation skills, and thorough knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- IFMA membership, HSE, or Project Management certification is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong customer service skills, goal-driven mindset, and excellent written and oral communication.
