Job Overview

• Help guests feel at home at YellowDoor Hotels while keeping service sharp across The Living Room restaurant, bar and kitchen. You’ll lead the floor through busy shifts, support your team and take ownership when a guest’s experience needs putting right.

Responsibilities

• Direct hosts, waiters, runners and cashiers through daily service.
• Coordinate restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to prevent service bottlenecks.
• Welcome guests and resolve complaints through follow-up.
• Coach team members and address performance gaps directly.
• Track service standards and improve team outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience
• Food and beverage floor supervision
• Front-of-house team leadership
• Guest complaint resolution
• Restaurant, bar and kitchen coordination
• Performance coaching
• Restaurant and bar floor operations
• Restaurant, bar and kitchen service coordination
• Service-standard measurement and team performance tracking
• Food safety and hygiene compliance
• Guest complaint resolution procedures
• POS operations and cash reconciliation
