Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections, valuations, and market assessments.
- Manage property leasing, sales, and property management activities.
- Prepare valuation reports, property documentation, and market research.
- Advise clients on property investments, rental values, and market trends.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience in estate surveying or property management.
- Strong knowledge of property valuation and real estate transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Professional certification or membership with NIESV is an advantage.
