Job Summary

1. We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Engineer to oversee the design, development, and execution of construction projects.
2. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary requirements while delivering sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage, design, develop, and maintain sustainable engineering projects and infrastructure.
2. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and prepare designs and blueprints in line with project specifications.
3. Assess project risks, material requirements, labour needs, and cost estimates.
4. Provide technical guidance and develop practical solutions to emerging project challenges.
5. Supervise, mentor, and coordinate project staff while liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular project status reports.
7. Prepare and maintain technical files, project records, drawings, and other required documentation.
8. Manage project budgets, procure equipment and materials, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Relevant professional experience in Electrical engineering or infrastructure project management.
3. Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
4. Proficiency in relevant engineering software, such as AutoCAD and other design or project management tools.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, budgeting, and organisational skills.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
